Who pays for the machine?
We do. Blackburn Vending Co. owns, installs and maintains the hardware at no cost to your venue. We make our money on the products sold, so the only thing we need from you is a power point and a spot people walk past.
How quickly can we get one installed?
Most sites are live within about 10 business days of the first call. High-traffic venues with power and access ready can be faster.
How do you keep the stock authentic?
Sealed product comes through authorized distributors and is logged into the machine on install. Slabs and singles are verified before they go in, the carousel is tamper-evident, and every refund or dispute is handled by us.
Can you do food as well as cards?
That's the next module. We're piloting a chilled snack and drink tray that runs alongside the card machine in select venues — tell us you're interested and we'll bring it to your site first.
What if a set doesn't sell?
It gets swapped out. We review sell-through each week and rotate the mix with you — that's the point of monitoring the machine instead of guessing.
